Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must have a receipt or proof of purchase, and your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- in the original packing.
To start a return, you must first contact us at email@example.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be rejected.
When returning your product, you should mail your product to:

When returning your item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Please review our Shipping Policy for more info about this.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days or depending on your card issuer’s policies. Remember: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Special Sale Refunds
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately special sale items cannot be refunded.
